Secure On-line Card Processing

It is now possible for you to accept secure online card payments via Practice Manager's optional intergration to CardSave, making it even easier for patients to pay their invoice quickly and reducing the risk of them becoming bad debtors.

It is easy to use and links directly from within Practice Manager's 'Payment Received' screen so there is no need to purchase or rent a separate complicated PDQ machine.

Coupled with our hosted solutions, this could enable you to take a card payment from just about any internet enabled PC rather than being tied to a single location.

We are including this as a free upgrade to any client with a current support contract.

Merchant numbers are set up via CardSave with the funds are then transfered to your nominated account.  Clients who bank with NatWest or RBS will receive funds within 2 days.  Clients with any other bank will receive funds in 3 days.

If you choose to take advantage of this free upgrade from DGL Solutions you will need to set up a merchant account with CardSave.  They will charge a one off setup fee of £50.00, £19.95 per month subscription, transaction charges are typically 15% to 20% less than the high street banks. (Minimum 1 year term, Prices exclude VAT – arranged and paid direct to processing firm, please do not send payment to DGL.)
